Arriving to Sicily
ITALY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To enter Italy you will need a valid passport, with at least 3 months of validity beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen Area (6 months is recommended).
Also, European airports—Italian ones included—are implementing the EES (Entry/Exit System). If this is your first time entering the Schengen Area after October 12th, 2025, passport control officers will scan your fingerprints and take a photo of your face. This information will be recorded in a digital file, so you won’t need to go through this procedure on future entries to the Schengen Area.

AIRPORTS
The closest airport to Feudi del Pisciotto is Comiso Airport (CIY), about 40 minutes driving distance from the venue. However, flight options are limited, but it may be convenient for guests connecting through another Italian city.
Catania Fontanarossa (CTA): Located on the eastern side of the island, it is the most popular international airport to fly into Sicily. It is well connected to Rome Fiumicino airport, Milan Malpensa airport, and Naples International airport offering multiple daily flights to each destination. It also features seasonal nonstop flights between Montréal and Catania with Air Canada on selected dates.Feudi del Pisciotto is approximately 94 km from the airport, with a driving time of around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Palermo Falcone-Borsellino (PMO): Located on the western side of the island, Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport is the 3rd largest airport in southern Italy after Napoli and Catania. While it is more than 3 hours driving distance from Feudi del Pisciotto, you might consider this destination in case you wish to explore Sicily on the way.

CALTAGIRONE
The beauty surrounding us
Located at approximately 25 minutes from Feudi del Pisciotto, Caltagirone is famous for its colourful hand-painted ceramics and its spectacular 142-step Santa Maria del Monte staircase, each step decorated with majolica tiles. As you are close to this town, we strongly recommend visiting this enchanting centre of Baroque Art.
VILLA ROMANA DEL CASALE
Unesco World Heritage Site
Near Piazza Armerina, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an extraordinary late-Roman villa and approximately 3,500 square metres of mosaics.
It is one of Sicily's great archaeological treasures and well worth setting aside half a day to explore.
SCOGLITTI
Relax by the Sea
Sicily is famous for its crystal clear water and if you want to enjoy a day or few hours by the beach, Scoglitti and its sandy beaches is the perfect spot for you. Pack your swimsuit and don't forget the sunscreen!
RAGUSA IBLA AND MODICA
Baroque and Chocolate Paradise
If you have an extra day, venture further into south-eastern Sicily.
Lose yourself in the lanes and piazzas of Ragusa Ibla, then continue to Modica for Baroque architecture, cafés and the city's famous chocolate tradition.
Feudi places Ragusa approximately 60 km away and Modica around 70 km from the estate.
